4) Why COD fee is applicable on my orders?

However, we are encouraging digital payment in digital India to build strong and powerful nation. Digital mode is much more transparent than any other. But still if there is an option for COD for those buyers’ who are still not using any digital mode. There is nominal actual fees will be charged for COD. It will show you at the time of placing the order. Please double check the COD order amount before confirming the order.

7) Can we ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can add or edit your shipping address any time which maybe same as per your billing address or different one. You can easily send gifts to someone through this facility. You can ask for gift wrapping in case of special gift at helpdesk@takshbeauty.com

 

8) What is the policy regarding return, replacement & refund?

However, we are trying our best to control the serious concern of return and replacement due to shipping damage and other issues; but still, our buyers have option to return and replacement the order due to shipping damage and change their mind or any other uncontrollable circumstances. Following is the process for return and replacement:

  • Buyer has to raise return or replacement request within 15 days of delivery at helpdesk@takshbeauty.com.
  • Buyer has to provide complete detail including order id, reason and any other information which he/she want to share.
  • We will resolve the issue on priority basis and if buyer needs refund then it will be reimbursed within 7-10 days after resolution. If buyer needs replacement then it will be subject to availability of same product.

Important Notes:

  • Buyer protection is our motto. If product received by buyer is not same as description, color or size mentioned in listing then send the images immediately to resolve the issue
  • No Returns or replacement is available on Free Gifts.
  • The return & replacement rules on products under sales promotions, special campaign or freebies will be treated separately. It will be same as per mentioned in terms and conditions of different promotions/offers.
  • Products which are returned; without their proper packaging will be charged according to the price of product.

 

9) What is Order cancellation policy for pre & post shipment?

Buyers can cancel the order by login in their account or mail us at helpdesk@takshbeauty.com in case of pre-ship orders. Please mail immediately for post-ship orders so that we will communicate with our courier partner accordingly.

 

10) How can I return my product on takshbeauty.com?

Buyer has to raise return request within 15 days of delivery at helpdesk@takshbeauty.com. Buyer has to provide complete detail including order id, reason and any other information which he/she want to share. Buyer will receive response from our side within 48 hours with resolution.

 

11) How will I be refunded for the cancelled order & how much time it will take?

For all cancelled order buyers will get their refund in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

 

12) What are the quality standard opted by Takshbeauty in terms of products listed for sale?

We are very strict and serious in terms of quality. Not even a single product will be dispatched without the quality check. We have separate team for same the work. We are buying our products directly from manufacturers, authorized distributors and brand owners.

 

13) What measures does Takshbeauty take to ensure that the products are not damaged during delivery?

We believe in 100% buyer’s satisfaction. And buyer satisfaction depends on various aspects. One of the major aspects is that the product must be reach at the buyer’s address without any damage and leakage. For that, we pack our products properly with the help of bubble wrap and boxes.
