However, we are trying our best to control the serious concern of return and replacement due to shipping damage and other issues; but still, our buyers have an option to return and replace the order due to shipping damage and change their mind or any other uncontrollable circumstances. Following is the process for return and replacement:
- Buyer has to raise return or replacement request within 15 days of delivery at email@example.com.
- Buyer has to provide complete detail including order id, reason and any other information which he/she want to share.
- We will resolve the issue on a priority basis and if the buyer needs a refund then it will be reimbursed within 7-10 days after resolution. If the buyer needs replacement then it will be subject to availability of the same product.
- Buyer protection is our motto. If the product received by the buyer is not the same as description, color or size mentioned in the listing then send the images immediately to resolve the issue
- No Returns or replacement is available on Free Gifts.
- The return & replacement rules on products under sales promotions, special campaign or freebies will be treated separately. It will be same as per mentioned in terms and conditions of different promotions/offers.
- Products which will return without their full packaging will be charged, according to the price of the product.
